At this time before the sales rep calls in to complete the Welcome Call & Site Survey with the customer. We Complete Prep 1 and Prep 2. These are the new sales verification setups. Completing this allows us to catch mismatched information before the sales rep calls in. So we can get this fixed before the welcome call is completed. And drop the number of errors and cases opened up due to documents not matching when the welcome call is completed.
